Thus, our customer can strive to achieve their business objective only without worrying about tax issue.

  • How can you measure the performance of TSP service as well as the level of customer satisfaction?

    Both TSP and the client firm set up certain task goals in advance through mutual discussions. The agreed task goals are supposed to be the base for the performance to measure. The task goals are based on the specific task orders related to annual KPI of the client firm. The task orders may include business restructuring, dissolving ‘growing pain’, budget management, efficient management of AR and inventory, financing, improving interest rate, reengineering internal business process, education and training. Once the task goals are agreed and fixed, the performance of TSP service becomes measurable at the end of the period. The level of customer satisfaction can be measured simultaneously during the same assessing cycle.
